Project

Gerry's Fietsatelier - Social content.

For this project, I created two short-form social media videos for Gerry's Fietsatelier, a local cycling café where visitors can enjoy a drink and have their bicycles serviced or repaired. The goal was to create engaging content that highlights different aspects of the business and connects with its cycling community.

The first reel focuses on cycling visibility and safety, using nighttime footage and a visual comparison to demonstrate the importance of reflective clothing and lights. The second reel introduces Woom bicycles to the shop through a short unboxing video, combining behind-the-scenes footage with product shots. Both videos were edited for social media, with attention to pacing, text overlays and visual storytelling.

This project allowed me to further develop my skills in filming, editing and short-form content creation, while gaining experience communicating both informative and promotional messages for a real local business.
